What are the measurements for the dolls your clothes fit? TOP
18 Inch Doll Measurements:

Height: 18"

Legs (crotch to floor): 7"

Waist: 11"

Shoulder to wrist: 5.5"

15 Inch Doll Measurements:

Height: 15"

Legs (crotch to floor): 5.5"

Waist: 12"

Shoulder to wrist: 5"

Most of our bottoms (pants, skirts, etc.) have elastic in the back to accommodate a wider range of waist sizes.

Doll Foot Measurements

18" doll models - 2 5/8" long x 1 3/8" wide.
15" doll models - 2 1/2" long x 1 3/4" wide.

Almost all of the socks and shoes on this site fit both size dolls. The items that fit one or the other say that they will only fit the 18 inch or 15 inch dolls in their description.

What type of payments do you accept? TOP
Dolly Outfitters offers three easy ways to pay for your purchase that accepts all four major credit cards. We have our on-site payment processor for Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express cards. You must submit all personal information and credit card information requested for the processor to work. Or, you may use the Paypal or Google Checkout options that you already have set up. Using these options has two benefits. You can use your credit card without exposing your card number and it speeds the checkout process because there is no need to enter your shipping address.

How much shipping will I pay? TOP

All orders are now charged a flat shipping rate of $5.95 for any number of items added to your order. Shipping is now free for orders over $50.00.

How fast will my order be shipped? TOP

All in stock items are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of order. You will be notified of any out-of-stock item or item that needs to be manufactured prior to shipping. It is our goal to ship products the same day as ordered. We ship Monday through Friday.

Do I have to pay sales tax? TOP

Indiana residents pay a 7% sales tax.

What is your return policy? TOP
We want our customers to be happy and strive to provide quality products at reasonable prices. Returns may be accepted within 7 business days of receipt in original packaging. Customer must call for a return validation number and is responsible for shipping charges both ways.

What is your privacy policy? TOP

All information collected is for the purpose of completing orders to the customer. No information will be given to a third party under any circumstance. You may receive information about our specials but will always be given the opportunity to "opt out" of receiving these messages.
